UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM - P30 per hour plus P450 Testing Fee This Internship Training Program is given to undergraduate students with either BS or AB Psychology. The students may select which area they prefer to be trained in. The areas include Industrial-Organizational Settings or Community Settings. The training is in a hybrid format (virtual or Face – to – Face) and can also be mixed. GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - P50 per hour plus P500 Testing Fee This Internship Training Program is given to graduate students with either MS, MA, or MPsychology. The students may select which area they prefer to be trained in. The areas include Industrial-Organizational Setting, Clinical Setting, and Community Setting. The training is in a hybrid format (virtual or Face – to – Face) and can also be mixed. AREAS OF EXPOSURE 1. Industrial-Organizational Setting – The exposure to IO in the Psychology setting will focus on areas of recruitment, evaluation, and training. The students will expect an output based necessary to acquire the skills needed in the workplace. Exposure to the partner company will be contacted as part of the completion of the task. 2. Clinical Setting - The exposure in a Clinical Psychology setting will focus on areas of case profiling, clinical assessment, and treatment planning for the graduate internship program. The students will expect an output-based task necessary to acquire the skills needed in the clinical setting. Exposure to the partner rehabilitation facilities will be contacted as part of the completion of the task. 3. Community Setting - The exposure in the Community Psychology setting will focus on areas of group dynamics, community assessment, and psychological program development for the graduate internship program. The students will expect an output-based task necessary to acquire the skills needed in the community setting. Exposure to the partner community and centers will be contacted as part of the completion of the ask.
