Process 1
Analysis and Assessment
The engagement process starts from the time the customer contacts us, by then on, discussion on the training needs will be facilitated. If the customer identified at hand their needs, a contextualized training program is drafted to capture the training need of your company in which the companies interest is set first. We want to understand the dynamics of individual function in the company, gauge your workforce challenges, identify skill gaps of employees, and find out the unique strengths of your individual employees.
Process 2
Training Formulation
We develop training specific to your needs. We use Psychological base approach that respects the availability and learning styles of your employees, delivering activities that work for them while still delivering the learning they want and need. This can include but is not limited to, self-assessment surveys with personal feedback, watching and responding to video-based instruction, lectures, and workshops, and engaging in psychological simulation games and role-playing.
Process 3
Approval and Implementation
Once we have your training developed, we'll give you the flow of the training plan for your evaluation. Feedback and suggestions are valuable and considered an integral part of the delivery in the attainment of the objective. When your feedback is incorporated, we will set the schedule for rolling out the training and set benchmarks for completion. Then, let the training begin!

Service Evaluation & Payment Flow
Every training package we design includes an evaluation component. Not only do we evaluate your employees' learning through testing and one-to-one assessment, we ask you and your staff to evaluate us: Did the training meet your expectations? Did it solve a specific problem or problem? What could we do better next time?
