Description: What Health and Safety Committees Should Know is a one-day instructor-led training solution that is designed to help health and safety committee members evolve traditional ways of thinking about Occupational Health and Safety to include a more holistic approach that is inclusive of overall health and safety: physical, mental and social.

  • PSY 110: Workplace Mental Health - Mental Health Literacy: Mental Health & Illness at Work

Description: During this seminar, we explore the broad spectrum of mental health, from mental illness to flourishing at work. The signs and symptoms of the most common mental illnesses will be examined and how these may present in the workplace.
